As a trauma-informed relationship psychotherapist, I find sacred purpose helping individuals and couples navigate the complexity of relationships in all their suffering, beauty, and diversity.

Individual Therapy
Depression, anxiety, and PTSD often have roots in relationship distress, and our relationship to our self can often be wounded by other significant relationships-such as with family, partners, peers, religion, culture, or society. Together we will focus on helping you heal your relationship to yourself and others, honor your needs and desires, and build trust in your inner wisdom to create a dynamic, loving life that aligns with your truth.
Couples Therapy
I see relationships not as problems to fix, but as sacred vehicles for deep growth and evolution. I help couples gain compassionate insight and transformation around painful relational cycles—whether rooted in childhood/attachment trauma, fear of intimacy, sexual challenges, or cultural differences. I empower couples with a trauma-informed lens through which to communicate and connect in wiser, healthier, less wounding ways.
Clients & Concerns
I support clients with concerns related to: self-worth, intimacy, attachment, communication, conflict, trauma, sexuality, power dynamics, creative expression, grief, identity, and spiritual exploration. Sensitive to how societal and cultural norms impact us psychologically, I often work with queer/LGBTQ people, BIPOC folks, and people in intercultural and non-traditional (ENM, poly, kink) relationships.
Therapeutic Approach
My style is nurturing, depth-oriented, creative, and especially skilled in holding relational paradox—closeness and autonomy, grief and desire, rupture and repair. I draw from my training in psychodynamic, attachment, internal family systems, relational-cultural, mindfulness, Jungian, and liberation psychology approaches. I’d be honored to help you explore the deeper terrain of the relationships that matter most to you.
